Although this subject could seem more or less clear, old letters published in a promotional and discussions on the future of the format in terms of availability of cards and have fueled many heated reprints on the web.

A previous version of this policy allowed premium versions of cards on the reserved list to Be printed. Starting in 2011, no cards on the reserved list Either Will Be printed in non-premium or premium form.
