First time you took your instrument: Well, my first instrument was the piano. My mom took care of me classes from 6 to 15 years or so. After that age I started playing guitar and left the piano. So far I'm playing guitar. In the interest of that time I learned to play the drums and bass.

Your first strong musical influence: hmmm, I remember as a kid (like 5 years) had the tapes of "Thriller" and "Bad" by Michael Jackson. I used them and dance to the songs. Then my mom bought the "Rubber Soul" and a greatest hits of the Beatles which I never stopped playing in a trip we made in southern Baja California. A short time later my mom bought a cassette of hits from the Rolling Stones and I really enjoyed. During the time I started playing guitar my mom bought some CD compilations by Chuck Berry, Howling Wolf, Buddy Holly and all those oldies rock'n'roll. Tons in short I can say I had a lot of early influence of the 60s
Your current influences: time I started playing guitar, like all young, I nailed in heavy metal. Particularly with Metallica became my group worship for many years. Then I went more for the fun of the Red Hot Chili Peppers for years and after that my compass pointed influence and to either side. At this time I'm stuck with Jane's Addiction and particularly with all the collaborations Dave Navarro has done.
